Welcome to the Fitness and Nutrition Page!

I LOVE to travel, but my other main passion’s are fitness and health! The past couple of years I have transformed my body and health through lifestyle changes and incorporating fitness into my life. I’d love to help you do the same! I became a Certified Personal Trainer with the European Institute of Fitness, through their intensive Master Trainer Program. I am also certified in Plant Based Nutrition, a certificate from Cornell University. CUSTOM ONLINE COACHING PLANS

Are you ready to make a change to become the healthiest, fittest version of yourself? Below you will see my custom online coaching packages. Packages are customized for YOUR specific goals, body type and fitness level. I will work with you continually to ensure plans will fit into your life and to make adjustments as needed! Check out what is included in each plan below!

Training and Nutrition Package

The Everything Package! For one price get a full training program for the gym or at home, along with a nutrition plan. Both are customized specifically for you!

Training Plan: Fully customized plan for your level of fitness, accounting for any previous injuries or ailments and will include types of exercise you enjoy. Like biking/yoga/zumba/power walking? These activities can be easily written into your program to ensure you actually enjoy working out. Plans are easy to read, detailed and extremely detailed, not only explaining what you’re to be doing, but WHY.

Nutrition Plan: Fully customized for your current goals, based around whole plant foods. Plans are written based around any allergies/sensitivities you may have, and I will try as much as possible to include some of your favourite foods (or healthy versions!). All plans will include approximate macronutrients, making it easy for you to switch foods in and out (i.e. pasta for quinoa, tofu for chickpeas etc) Please note: all plans recommend following a plant based diet, but if you’re a new vegan or looking to transition to this lifestyle, this plan can be easily adapted to include some foods you may not be ready to give up fully.

You’ll also receive:

  • Ongoing email support for the duration of your plan, whenever you need it! Any questions, concerns or needed changes to your program will be dealt with as promptly as possible
  • Supplement recommendations, what to use (and not to!) to get the most out of your lifestyle change
  • A emailed list of brand new cardio/HIIT routines once a month to keep you going even after your program has been completed

6 WEEK PACKAGE: $150 USD
12 WEEK PACKAGE: $250 USD
