Training Plan: Fully customized plan for your level of fitness, accounting for any previous injuries or ailments and will include types of exercise you enjoy. Like biking/yoga/zumba/power walking? These activities can be easily written into your program to ensure you actually enjoy working out. Plans are easy to read, detailed and extremely detailed, not only explaining what you’re to be doing, but WHY.
Nutrition Plan: Fully customized for your current goals, based around whole plant foods. Plans are written based around any allergies/sensitivities you may have, and I will try as much as possible to include some of your favourite foods (or healthy versions!). All plans will include approximate macronutrients, making it easy for you to switch foods in and out (i.e. pasta for quinoa, tofu for chickpeas etc) Please note: all plans recommend following a plant based diet, but if you’re a new vegan or looking to transition to this lifestyle, this plan can be easily adapted to include some foods you may not be ready to give up fully.
